Where does BAKA deliver?
We currently deliver across India, including remote areas (additional charges may apply).
What are the shipping options and charges?
Standard Delivery: ₹100 flat fee, 5-7 business days for major cities, 7-10 business days for remote areas.
Expedited Delivery: 2-3 business days, charges vary based on weight and location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. You’ll also get automatic updates on your order status.
Exchanges
What is BAKA’s exchange policy?
Products can be exchanged within 1 day of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Are there items not eligible for exchange?
Sale items, personal care items, and items without valid proof of purchase are not eligible for exchange.
Who pays for return shipping for exchanges?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Returns
Does BAKA accept returns?
No, we do not offer returns. However, exchanges are available under specific conditions.
What happens if the product is damaged during transit?
