How to Request an Exchange:

2. Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your request, our team will process it within 3 business days and guide you on the next steps.
3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Exchange Options: You can choose to exchange the product for a different size, color, or a similar item of equal value. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit.
5. Store Credit Timeline: If store credit is issued, it will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 business days after your exchange request is approved.
6. Exchange/Replacement Completion: All approved exchanges or replacements will be completed within 10 business days from the date of approval.
